How Chiropractic Care Can Help You Run Better and Pain-Free

This year is a time for resolutions and new beginnings. Many people set the goal to get in better shape by starting to run. But running can be hard on your body if you’re not used to it, and it’s easy to injure yourself. This is where chiropractic care comes in. Kim Pozharsky, a chiropractor and personal care professional, explains how chiropractic care can help you run better and pain-free this year.

Chiropractic care can improve your running by helping to correct any alignment issues you may have. When your body is in alignment, you’re able to move more efficiently and with less pain. Chiropractic care can also help to relieve any muscle tightness or tension that may be causing you pain. Kim Pozharsky says, “Chiropractic care is a great way to prevent injuries and keep your body healthy so you can keep running pain-free.”

Posture is crucial to helping you run fast and efficiently. When your body’s form remains in check, it can help prevent muscle aches or soreness from occurring while running as well as give a feeling that there isn’t much weight on them when landing after each step taken forward during an outdoor walk/run session with little effort put forth due both factors decreasing impact onto bones at landings thus reducing the stress placed upon joints over long periods of time.

Posture may be affected by several factors, such as running in the same direction on a course or replacing shoes frequently. Even how you relax at home can impact your posture–if every day is spent with muscles that remain tense from sitting still all morning long then they’ll become more painful when exercising later down the line!

Check your posture! When you have a misaligned body, even the way that it’s positioned while running can cause uneven strides and form. This may lead to pain in other areas of our bodies as well–especially joints like knees or elbows where there is more stress on them when walking around all day with bad postures fixed into place due they are being crookedly aligned along keylines that control movement through space – plus any muscle group whose function relies upon those particular muscles receiving proper input from surrounding structures.

To prevent injury, it’s important to keep your body in alignment. Alignment can be lost through poor posture or imbalance and this leads us into using muscles improperly which could cause pain on top of an existing problem like plantar fasciitis (knee).

When visiting our office for functional examinations and/or evaluations we’ll check if there are any issues with the musculoskeletal system causing you discomfort – such as misalignment- so that together You and Kim Pozharsky can develop a plan to improve not only your posture but also how you’re feeling overall!

Forget about the miles on your marathon timer, stretch before and after for optimal performance. Dynamic movements are important in both long-term health as well as improving muscle strength during short sprints! Make sure to include all parts of your body—especially those pesky hip flexors that can get tight from sitting at a desk or driving home late Friday evening without physical activity

If you’re looking for a resolution that will help you feel better and get in shape this year, Kim Pozharsky recommends chiropractic care. If you’re looking to start running this year, or if you’re already a runner and are experiencing pain, make an appointment with Kim Pozharsky at Personal Care Professionals.
